These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phpart platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
Access to phpart is strictly limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. Age verification is required before first withdrawal. Providing false age information results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

It is your sole responsibility to verify your local laws before registering or placing wagers.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active phpart account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms. phpart may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Failure to provide accurate information — including providing a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.5 KYC Verification. phpart operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required by applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and verification of payment methods before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpart login credentials (username and password). phpart will never ask you to disclose your password — any communication purporting to request your password does not originate from phpart.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phpart immediately via the official support channel if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. phpart is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.3 Account Sharing. Your phpart account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with any third party is prohibited. Any wager placed through your account — whether by you or by any unauthorized user — is your responsibility.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. phpart offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional account security measure. You are strongly encouraged, though not mandated, to enable 2FA. phpart assumes no liability for account compromise where 2FA was available and not enabled by the Player.
4.1 Currency. All phpart account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified in writing by phpart.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phpart accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. phpart reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform at the time of the transaction. These minimums are subject to change. Processing times vary by payment method and are estimates only — phpart does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. phpart may refuse or delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspicious activity. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent use of the Platform solely as a payment processing channel.
4.5 Rejected Transactions. phpart reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, subject to a chargeback, or in violation of these Terms. Any costs associated with a reversed or fraudulent transaction, including banking fees, shall be borne by the Player.
5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by phpart are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which may include account age, deposit history, geographic location, or loyalty tier status. phpart reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. phpart prohibits the use of betting patterns or strategies that constitute "bonus abuse" — defined as intentionally exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. Indicators of bonus abuse include low-variance betting designed solely to meet playthrough with minimal risk, account cooperation to repeatedly claim single-use promotions, and opening duplicate accounts to receive multiple first-deposit bonuses. phpart may void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
5.4 Promotion Amendment. phpart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding promotion terms, phpart's decision is final.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game on the phpart Platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface or provider documentation. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where game rules expressly address a specific situation.
6.2 Malfunction. phpart is not liable for losses caused by system errors, software malfunctions, network outages, or other technical failures. In the event of a game malfunction that affects the outcome of a round, phpart reserves the right to void the affected round and return wagers to the Players involved. The decision of phpart's technical team in such matters is final.
6.3 Void Bets. phpart reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of an error — including errors in the display of odds, payout tables, game configurations, or promotion conditions. Void bets will have the original wager returned to the Player's account.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-transaction or daily payout limits may apply and are specified on the Platform. phpart reserves the right to apply such limits at its discretion, including on progressive jackpot winnings unless otherwise specified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpart Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and — where applicable — reporting to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Player Responsibility. phpart provides gambling entertainment to adult players. All Players are responsible for their own gambling behaviour. Gambling carries financial risk, and phpart strongly advises all Players to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.
8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. phpart provides the following tools, accessible through your account settings, to assist in responsible gaming: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits (per session); session time reminders; voluntary cool-off periods (minimum 24 hours to maximum six weeks); and indefinite self-exclusion. phpart will not override or reverse a self-exclusion request during the elected exclusion period except where legally required to do so.
8.3 Minor Protection. Players are required to take all reasonable steps to prevent minors (persons under 21 years of age) from accessing phpart on devices in their household. phpart recommends the use of parental control software where appropriate.

9.1 Termination by phpart. phpart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phpart reasonably determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if continued provision of services would expose phpart to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
9.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination of an account for cause (breach of these Terms), phpart may forfeit any remaining balance where such balance is connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity. Balances unconnected to prohibited activity will be refunded via the Player's verified payment method following completion of any applicable investigation.
9.3 Termination by Player. Players may close their phpart account at any time by contacting the phpart support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
All content on the phpart Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, audio, video, software, and user interface design — is the property of phpart or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of phpart content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
11.1 No Warranties. The phpart Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phpart makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors or viruses, or the fitness of any particular game for any particular purpose.
11.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpart's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Excluded Losses. phpart shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform.
11.4 Third-Party Content. Game content on the phpart Platform is supplied by third-party game studios. phpart is not responsible for defects in third-party game software beyond the remedies described in Section 6 of these Terms.
12.1 Amendments. phpart reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, phpart will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between phpart and the Player with respect to use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
